CPS needed an efficient and effective way to train a staff of over 30,000 teachers at 600 different campuses on the CPS Framework for Teaching, while also providing supports to the communities, families, and students.

Our Work

Zia Learning partnered with the Office of Teaching and Learning to develop web-based professional development resources and options for the Math, Early Childhood, Physical Education, Career and Technical Education, Digital Media, and Office of Student Health and Wellness. Over 40 hours of high-quality PD options and trainings were developed and deployed district-wide along with Social Emotional Learning student and family supports.

The Results

All teachers and students across the district now have anytime access to dynamic, web-based PD and digital learning options. Additionally, families and students have access to a robust support system for online, blended, and remote learning.
